What Are Personal Data?

  • Selling products, which may include physical product or digital products and courses. These will be collected by our websites, Amazon and Skillshare.

  • When you submit a question on to AnnaBvL websites via the contact form.

Who Has Access to This Data?

Only AnnaBvL employees have access to this data. We will only share your personal data with third parties if you have given us permission to do so. Data sharing without your consent will only occur if it is necessary to fulfill the agreement between you and AnnaBvL or if a legal obligation requires it. For instance, the hosting of the website may be provided by Content Creator, a partner from Qanz (owner of AnnaBvL), but they will only process the data for the website of mailingsystem and not for their own records. AnnaBvL maintains the personal data in an online relationship system that complies with GDPR guidelines. Data will not be retained longer than necessary.

For newsletters, your data will be kept until you withdraw your consent. AnnaBvL has a maximum of 2 months to process your withdrawal. When you buy anything directly from AnnaBvL (instead of Skillshare or Amazon), your data will be used as long as you are a customer of AnnaBvL. If there are payments associated with your purchase, AnnaBvL will retain your data for tax purposes for a maximum period of 7 years after your last purchase. You can choose which data to retain by modifying your profile. However, do not make immediate changes after a purchase, as it may affect the delivery of your product. To protect your data, we have implemented appropriate security measures, including a privacy policy and the use of information systems that comply with the latest security standards.

Third-Party Partners

AnnaBvL collaborates with the following partners:

  • Content Creator (website, courses, email marketing, including newsletters)

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Strato (web hosting)

  • Jortt (accounting)

We have established data processing agreements and/or confidentiality agreements with these subprocessors to ensure the security of your data. AnnaBvL only collaborates with partners that comply with GDPR legislation. If partners or their servers are located outside the European Union, appropriate agreements have been made to comply with GDPR (GDPR) guidelines, ensuring the protection of your data.

Neither AnnaBvL nor the websites knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.

To serve you beter, our websites contain links to third-party websites, including partners we collaborate with or affiliate links. The AnnaBvL is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites that may be linked to the websites. AnnaBvL is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. How Is My Data Secured?

All parties that process your data for AnnaBvL (sub-processors) or have access to it (e.g., employees or temporary workers) sign data processing agreements or confidentiality agreements. In case a data breach occurs despite all precautions, AnnaBvL will comply with data breach notification requirements and report the breach, if necessary, to the Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of detection. If you discover a data breach, please notify AnnaBvL as soon as possible, but within 24 hours of discovery, by emailing [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, The Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the Internet.
